Pasaxon - the official newspaper of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) - said the President Thuong’s visit will strengthen the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations.

Laos and Vietnam are striving to develop their relations across the board and closely coordinate and support each other in international forums.

PathetLao, a publication of the Laos news agency KPL, said the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, States and peoples create an exemplary relationship that never fades.

Both Pasaxon and PathetLao noted that the relationship between Laos and Vietnam has become a precious asset of the two Parties and nations, and a factor decisive to the victory of each country’s revolution.
