(VOVworld)- Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, General Ngo Xuan Lich yesterday held talks with visiting Secretary of the Lao People’s Revolution Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Defence Sengnouane Sayalat. The two sides reviewed the implementation of cooperation plans between the two general departments of politics since 2011 and discussed orientations for their future cooperation in various fields. The same day, the Lao delegation was also received by Politburo member and Defense Minister Phung Quang Thanh.
