Lao Party and State leader visits Military Zone 4
(VOVWORLD) - Lao Party and State leader Bounnhang Vorachit on Thursday visited officials and soldiers at Military Zone 4 in Vinh city, Nghe An province.

In his address, the Lao leader urged the two countries to foster bilateral ties and educate younger generations, military officials and soldiers on the special ties between Laos and Vietnam. Earlier, the Lao leader visited the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Relic in Kim Lien commune, and visited the Relic House that the Lao government presented to the site.
