Libya has been facing escalating violence and political deadlock between its two governments. The Fajr Libya seized Tripoli and set up its own administration while the elected parliament and Libya's internationally recognized government moved to the eastern city of Tobruk. All factions will join UN-brokered peace talks in Geneva next week.
