(VOVworld) – Madagascar’s President Hery Rajaonarimampianina has said that the 45^th conference of the International Association of Francophony was an opportunity for media agencies to exchange ideas and initiatives.

The conference took place in Madagascar from Monday to Thursday as part of the 16^th Francophone Summit which will open on Saturday. During the four-day conference, delegates discussed the causes of media successes and failures in developing countries, investment by private enterprises, and independence and autonomy of media during periods of economic instability.
