Nguyen Van Cuong, the Museum’s Director, introduced its major tasks in Hanoi on Wednesday: “We’ll focus on improving service quality and publicize our events through many channels. We’ll connect with foreign museums and research centers to promote Vietnam’s image. We’ll also improve study projects and organize exhibitions of Vietnam’s current affairs and core values.”

Last year the National Museum of Vietnamese History welcomed 270,000 visitors including 100,000 to two exhibitions in Germany and the Republic of Korea.
