Majority of Americans support new policy towards Cuba
(VOVworld) – Most Americans support a change of policy towards Cuba. A poll conducted by the Atlantic Council on Tuesday showed 56 percent of respondents in favor of changing Washington’s Cuba policy.

In Florida, 63 percent support the normalization of bilateral ties. In Miami-Dade county, which has the US’s largest concentration of Cuban-American residents, 64 percent of adults say they are in favor. Most of the people living in this area want the US government to remove travel restrictions to Cuba and allow US companies to resume doing business and investing there. 61 percent of Americans want the government to remove Cuba from its list of state sponsors of terrorism.
