The plan is to build a national E-commerce payment system. Payment cards will be widely used to reduce the number of cash transactions. The payment system will use digital signatures to ensure security for transactions. The goal is to make E-shopping as popular for individual consumers as it is for business to business, business to government, and import/ export transactions.
