(VOVworld)- Mau Son Winter Tourism festival 2015 opened in Mau Son Tourist Site in Lang Son province on Saturday. Organized by the Lang Son Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the festival will feature special cultural and tourist products of Lang Son including a display of devices to brewing wine and Mau Son wine. Be Thi Thu Hien is Deputy Director of Lang Son Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism: “This is the first time we organize this festival. It will become a new tourist product of Mau Son and Lang Son in general as well as of northeastern provinces. This program is part of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s efforts to stimulate the domestic tourism demand. Visiting Mau Son mount at this time of the year, tourists will be amazed with spectacle beauty of nature in fog”.

During the Mau Son Winter Tourism Festival 2015, a number of specific cultural and arts activities will be held, the highlight of which was the opening ceremony in the central stage of Mau Son Tourism Area with arts program titled “Majestic and sacred Mau Son”. Attending the festival, visitors will have an opportunity to learn more about Mau Son tourism through display of images, artifacts and documents related to cultural and historical monuments in Mau Son. In addition, many public arts performances will be also organized.
