(VOVworld) - More than 26,000 police officers have been mobilized in Mexico City to ensure security for the parliamentarian election on Sunday.

7.4 million voters are expected to vote to select 100 members of the parliament. 30 million Mexican voters will select governors and district officials in 13 states. The PRI party is expected to gain advantage in most states’ governor elections.
