(VOVworld) – The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Hoang Tuan Anh, and Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for External Affairs, Pham Xuan Son, received the Russian Friendship Order at a ceremony to mark Russia’s 25th National Day in Hanoi on Thursday.

The Orders are conferred to individuals who made great contributions to boosting Vietnamese-Russian relations. The Russian Ambassador to Vietnam, Konstantin Vasilievich Vnukov, affirmed Russia’s constant support and cooperation with Vietnam in all fields to boost bilateral traditional friendship ties.
Minister Tuan Anh said Vietnam treasures the traditional ties with Russia and makes great effort to develop the comprehensive strategic partnership with the country.
