They are involved in various fields including science, technology, business, administrative management, security, sports, culture and art, and social activities. The organisers – the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the Vietnam Fund for Young Talents – announced on Friday that the awards ceremony is scheduled for March 19.  

“This year’s jury board gives speacial attention to start-up youths. The award aims to honor Vietnam’s outstanding young people, highlight their determination, encourage good deeds and inspire young people to contribute more to society,” said Le Xuan Son, Head of the Vietnam Fund for Young Talents. 

The annual Vietnam Outstanding Young Faces Award is presented to 10 youngsters under 35 with excellent performances over recent years, especially during the year for which they are nominated.
