(VOVWORLD) - More than 52,000 people in Vietnam had been injected with COVID-19 vaccine as of Sunday, according to the Health Ministry.

Most of them were frontline medical workers, members of community healthcare groups, or the National Steering Committee.
Vietnam recorded no new cases of COVID-19 on Monday morning, keeping the national tally at 2,631.
The Ministry of Health says 910 cases have been detected since January 27, when the third wave of COVID-19 hit Vietnam.
2,400 patients have fully recovered. The number of COVID-19 fatalities remains 35.
