(VOVWORLD) - 360 Vietnamese citizens were repatriated from Singapore on two Pacific Airlines flights on Monday.
The flights were arranged by Vietnamese authorities, the Embassy of Vietnam in Singapore, Pacific Airlines, and agencies in Singapore.
The passengers included children under 18, elderly persons, persons with health problems and individuals in difficult circumstances. The Vietnamese Embassy sent staff to the airport to help passengers complete procedures before boarding.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19, disease prevention precautions were followed during the flights.
Upon arrival at Can Tho International Airport, crew members and passengers were given medical exams and quarantined in accordance with health regulations.
