Speaking at the ceremony, National Assembly Chairman Hue congratulated the achievements of the Party Committee, administration and people of Vinh Phuc over the years. He said that embracing new opportunities and capitalizing on the great achievements of the past 60 years, Vinh Phuc must continue reform and innovation for stronger development.

“Faced with increasing challenges, Vinh Phuc's undertaking of political tasks in the new period must be creative and dare to think, dare to do, and dare to take responsibility. The desire for wealth and prosperity must be instilled in the awareness and actions of each agency, organization, and unit  and of each cadre, soldier, citizen and the entire Vinh Phuc political system. Overall strength and new motivation should be created for fast, sustainable and humane development in the coming years,” Mr Hue said. 

The National Assembly Chairman said he hopes Vinh Phuc would continue to accelerate industrialization and modernization on the basis of scientific-technological progress and innovation. The province should mobilize and effectively use all resources, maximize its potential, advantages and location as the gateway to the northwest of Hanoi capital, to deserve being part of the key economic region of the North and the Red River Delta, he added.
