The NA Chairman applauded Dong Nai for its contribution to the central budget and its average income per capita being only behind Ho Chi Minh City. However, he noted that with just over a year left until the 14th National Party Congress, Dong Nai province must be determined to implement the resolutions of the 13th National Party Congress and of the Provincial Party Congress to achieve the targets and accomplish tasks set out in the resolutions.

Chairman Man proposed that Dong Nai province go ahead with solutions to boost administrative reform, aggressively improve the investment and business environment, ranking index, digital technology application, and digital transformation.

It’s imperative to promote disbursement of public investment capital; attract investment, build key projects, export processing zones, and industrial parks; and support and boost disbursement of capital invested by economic sectors in the locality, he said.
