(VOVWORLD) -National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue worked with the Binh Dinh provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board in Quy Nhon city on Monday as part of his trip to the south central coast provinces.

According to the top legislator, Binh Dinh province's planning has been approved to become a marine economic center and seaport; an important center of science and technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence application; a major tourist hub; and center connecting the North Central region and Central Coast region, Central Highlands and the East-West economic corridor.
He urged Binh Dinh to work harder on this goal and said the Central Highlands, the National Assembly, and the Government will create conditions for policy mechanisms and resource allocation.
Binh Dinh province also has a rich culture, history and tradition with Sa Huynh civilization, being the birthplace of the Tay Son movement associated with the outstanding hero Quang Trung-Nguyen Hue. Therefore, Chairman Hue called for tourism development coupled with cultural and sports events of international stature.
During his trip to Binh Dinh province, the National Assembly Chairman offered incense and flowers to commemorate the merits of the national hero, Emperor Quang Trung-Nguyen Hue. In Quy Nhon city, he visited and presented gifts to the family of heroic Vietnamese Mother Le Thi Khuong and the family of wounded soldier Dinh Duong Hai.
