Yesterday, the NA deputies discussed the draft revised laws on Insurance Business and Intellectual Property to match Vietnam’s commitments to the Comprehensive, Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (CPTPP).

NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said: “We have to carefully consider adjustments to the revised Law on Education and revised law on Architect to match Vietnam’s commitments to the CPTPP. We’ll concentrate on issues of public concerns including insurance rights. The adjustments must be in line with reality, insurance management, and intellectual property rights.”
