(VOVworld)- On Wednesday, the National Assembly Standing Committee discussed the proposal on the apparatus and function of the Supreme People’s Procuracy and the Military Inspectorates system at various levels.

The deputies agreed on the need to issue a resolution of the National Assembly Standing Committee approving the apparatus and function of agencies under the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the membership list of the Inspection Commission and Inspector Selection Council of the Supreme People’s Procuracy as well as the establishment and dissolution of the Military Procuracy. The 2014 Law on the Organization of Supreme People’s Procuracy will come into force on June 1, 2015. The deputies also discussed the draft law on hydro-meteorology.
