Nagorno-Karabakh conflict: Clashes flare up again
(VOVWORLD) - A temporary Russian-mediated ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Armenia that came into effect Saturday over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region appears fragile, with both countries accusing each other of violating the terms of the agreement amid reports of casualties.

Clashes flared up again on Sunday night and Monday morning and the Azerbaijan Defense Ministry accused the Armenian forces of breaching the ceasefire reached during talks in Moscow last week.
Azerbaijan reportedly neutralized many Armenian soldiers, and destroyed a T-72 battle tank and three Grad missiles.
