(VOVworld)- On Thursday, deputies to the National Assembly’s External Relations Committee in Hanoi discussed stipulations in the 2013 Constitution regarding the National Assembly’s approval on participating and liquidating international commitments to human rights and citizen’s fundamental rights and obligations.
The deputies agreed on the importance of ensuring benefits for the people and law and order in the country.
They stressed the need to clarify fundamental treaties on human rights and citizen’s rights and obligations to delineate the authority between the National Assembly, the President and the Prime Minister in approving the treaties.
