The Law stipulates supervision, assessment, and inspection of the national planning system, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals in planning activities.

Earlier, National Assembly deputies had heard a report on adjustments to the draft Law of Planning by the National Assembly Standing Committee.

The National Assembly also discussed the revised Law on National Defense.
