National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue pays Tet visit to Bac Lieu
(VOVWORLD) - National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue on Thursday visited and presented Tet gifts to social policy beneficiaries, poor people, victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, disadvantaged workers, and armed forces in Bac Lieu province.

At the meetings, Mr. Hue reiterated that the Vietnamese Party and State always aim to promote socio-economic development to best serve the people. He said all policies and decisions center on the people and businesses. At the recent session, the NA adopted several draft laws which have received a positive response from the public.
Mr. Hue said: “It’s necessary to prepare the best conditions to ensure a happy, secure, and warm Tet for the people. More attention should be paid to policy beneficiaries, national devotees, poor people, victims of Agent Orange, and disadvantaged workers. We need to listen to the opinions of the people and workers and implement policies to help them increase their income.”
At a meeting with the armed forces in Bac Lieu, Mr. Hue asked the relevant forces to improve their capacity to meet the requirements of national defense in the new context.
