President Tran Dai Quang proposed the move on the grounds that Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, who was elected at the first session of the 13th National Assembly, has fulfilled his assigned tasks and new personnel arrangements are required following the 12th National Party Congress. The same day, the National Assembly heard the National Assembly Standing Committee’s report on the results of the group discussions.
Also on Wednesday, deputies voted to approve the draft Law on Information Access, the revised draft Laws on Pharmacy, Value added Tax, and Export and Import Duties.
