National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan spoke at the opening: “The National Assembly Standing Committee has changed the agenda. We will debate the revised Criminal Code and the revised Law on State Asset Management at the next session after more consultation with experts. The Q&A session with ministers will also be delayed to April.”
