National Assembly Standing Committee discusses Bill on Library
(VOVWORLD) - The National Assembly Standing Committee Wednesday discussed the draft law on library at the on-going 32nd session in Hanoi.
 Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism Nguyen Ngoc Thien presents a report on the library bill.

Deputies agreed that the law will create a legal corridor for the development of library and reading culture, ensure the right to access information, and benefit people’s lifelong learning. The law will specify forms and ownership of library and promote digitalized library to meet social needs.
