The gathering focused on implementing the Party resolutions on radical and comprehensive educational reform and the Strategy on National Defense in the new period. These resolutions were adopted at the 8^th Plenum of the 11^th Party Central Committee held from September 30 to October 9. He asked the participants to further study national solutions to these matters and creatively implement the resolutions.“Special attention should be paid to studying the resolution.
