NATO allies pledge 21 billion USD in aid to Ukraine
(VOVWORLD) -NATO allies have pledged 21.65 billion USD in military support for Ukraine in the first three months of the year, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said Wednesday during a press conference in Brussels.

Rutte said the NATO command in Wiesbaden continues to provide security assistance and training for Ukraine. NATO foreign ministers are meeting in Brussels on Thursday and Friday to discuss further support for Ukraine.
Europe's support for Kiev has strengthened as President Donald Trump appears to shift US foreign policy toward closer ties with Russia and a greater focus on the Indo-Pacific. Russia has consistently opposed Western aid to Kiev, saying it prolongs the conflict and provokes Ukraine.
