NATO to boost troops in Afghanistan

– NATO is considering increasing the level of its troops in Afghanistan to help
Afghan security forces fight insurgent groups, NATO Secretary General Jens
Stoltenberg told a German newspaper on Sunday.

He said
the military coalition of 28 members was weighing an increase of the personnel
of its "Resolute Support" mission from the current 13,000. NATO will
deliver its final decision before the end of June.
