New location for signing phase one of US-China trade deal to be announced
(VOVWORLD) - US President Donald Trump said Thursday, after a planned meeting in Chile was canceled due to violent protests, that a new location for signing phase one of the US-China trade deal will be announced soon.

Trump said on Twitter that once China and the US have selected a new site, he and Chinese President Xi Jin-ping will meet to sign the deal.
The Chinese Ministry of Commerce said the two countries’ top negotiators will return to the table on Friday.
