Nguyen Phu Trong congratulated on his re-election as Party General Secretary

(VOVWORLD) - Chairman of the Communist Party of the Czech Republic and Moravia Vojtech Filip has sent his congratulations to Nguyen Phu Trong on his re-election as General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam for the 2021-2025 tenure.

The Czech Republic always treasures the long-lasting friendship between the two parties and states, according to Chairman Filip. He said Vietnam, under the Party’s wise leadership, has gained remarkable achievements and strong development. The Party’s direction has been proven right by economic accomplishments, effective social welfare, and rising international status as the guardian of peace, security, and cooperation in Southeast Asia.
Filip applauded the relations between the two parties and delegation exchanges, which, he said, will improve their ties, especially the economic ties.
