(VOVworld)-Ninh Binh province has decided to subsidize part of health check-up fee for the poor as from this month. Beneficiaries are disadvantaged people registered to live in the province. Local health service, insurance and labor departments have been asked to boost coordination to ensure an efficient and fast service for poor people, especially during Tet.
