No new COVID-19 community infection cases in Vietnam for 27 straight days
(VOVWORLD) -Vietnam has reported no fresh locally transmitted coronavirus infections for 27 straight days, the Ministry of Health said in its Wednesday morning update.
Of the total tally at 288 in Vietnam, 252 infection cases have recovered and no deaths is reported. 148 imported cases have been quarantined.
Hanoi on Wednesday lifted lockdown on Dong Cuu hamlet, Thuong Tin district, the last COVID-19 hotspot. Previously, patient No 266 linked with Bach Mai hospital was detected. All cases that had connection with this patient in the hamlet tested negative for SARS-CoV-2.
