(VOVworld) – The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported that leader Kim Yong Un has ordered continued nuclear tests using warheads successfully miniaturized by North Korean scientists and wants all nuclear attack plans to stand ready.

KCNA quoted leader Kim as saying on Thursday that Pyongyang should carry out more nuclear tests to measure the destructiveness of its miniaturized nuclear warheads and reinforce its nuclear attack capability. Kim said Pyongyang should step up its nuclear development program, diversify its nuclear warhead carriers, and increase coordination between nuclear and missile research. He said nuclear attack plans should stand ready, targeting South Korean tactical command centers and US military bases in Asia-Pacific.
