(VOVworld) – The northern provinces of Lao Cai, Yen Bai, and Phu Tho on Tuesday pledged to cooperate on developing a spiritual tour of temples along the Red River. The tour is part of an extended cooperation plan among 8 northwestern provinces from 2010 to 2015 and the highlight of the ongoing Bao Ha temple festival held in Lao Cai province. The new spiritual tour will exploit the potential of these 3 provinces, who will share management, operation, and promotion of the tour.
