(VOVWORLD) - Foreign visits to Vietnam in October increased 12% from the previous month, according to the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
South Korean visitors accounted for 26% of the total while 20,000 arrived from India, up 38% from the previous month.
Indian visitors’ favorite destinations in Vietnam are Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Quoc, Da Nang, and Quy Nhon.
Direct flights have been opened between major cities in Vietnam and India, makes India a large potential market for Vietnamese tourism.
