Ok Om Bok Festival - Ngo boat race to take place in November
(VOVWORLD) - The Ok Om Bok Festival - Ngo (Khmer) boat race will take place from November 25 to 27 in Soc Trang city.

The main activities will include the Ngo boat race, a Moon offering ceremony, a floating lantern festival called the Loi Protip competition, a trade fair to promote One Commune One Product (OCOP) and regional specialties of Soc Trang, a demonstration of traditional costumes, and a street food festival called "Taste of Soc Trang".
During the Festival Vietnam will attempt to set two Guinness records – one for serving 223 dishes made from shrimp, and one for creating the biggest picture made from ST rice.
