Dačić said that a recent outbreak of heavy fighting in Mariupol was unacceptable, adding that the OSCE would do its utmost to lower the tensions and promote normalisation of the situation.
The head of OSCE mission in eastern Ukraine also called on the Ukrainian army and opposition forces to stop fighting in Shirokino village and to practice restraint, because most of the victims in their clashes were civilians.
