(VOVworld) - Observers of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) reported on Monday that the situation in the Donetsk region in eastern Ukraine has stabilized.

They reported a total of 24 incidents, twelve caused by Ukrainian forces, twelve caused by Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) armed groups. These incidents occurred at Donetsk airport. Meanwhile, there have been no violations reported in the Luhansk People’s Republic during the last 70 hours.
