The event, held by the Vietnamese Students Association, was attended by Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Tong Thi Phong and Head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Communications and Education Vo Van Thuong.

“Vietnamese students now face high standards during Vietnam’s rapid industrialization, modernization, and international integration. I believe they will rise to the challenge thanks to their determination, talent, and creativity,” Mr. Thuong said. 

The students were honored in recognition of their strong academic results and their active participation in activities of the Vietnamese Students’ Association and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
