Pakistan welcomes Saudi-led anti-terror alliance
(VOVworld) – Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has assured Saudi Arabia’s Deputy Crown Prince and Defense Minister Muhammad Bin Salman of Islamabad’s support for Riyadh if any threat arises to Saudi Arabia's territorial integrity.

During their meeting on Sunday, Prime Minister Sharif welcomed the Saudi initiative to establish a coalition of Islamic countries to counter terrorism and militancy and informed the deputy crown prince that Pakistan supports all efforts to counter terrorism and extremism. It was agreed that the two countries would cooperate in developing an effective counter narrative to defeat the extremist mindset.
