(VOVworld) – Antoine Denevi, suspected of supplying arms to terrorist Amedy Coulibaly who carried out deadly terrorist attacks in Paris last year, has been extradited from Spain to France.

Spanish authorities said Denevi was arrested on April 13 in Malaga, in the Spanish Autonomous Community of Andalusia. They said that after the Paris attacks, Antoine settled in Malaga from where he continued his illegal activities using forged papers.
On January 7, 2015, an attack on French magazine Charlie Hebdo killed 12 people and injured 11 others. Two perpetrators, Said Kuashi and his brother Serif, French citizens of Arab origin, were hunted nationwide and killed in a raid 2 days after the attack. The same day, Amedy Coulibaly took hostages at a shop in Paris and killed 4 of his hostages before he himself was killed in a police raid.
