Party chief meets Vietnamese intellectuals in France
(VOVWORLD) - The Party and State of Vietnam always appreciate intelligentsia and consider overseas Vietnamese intellectuals an invaluable resource for the nation, Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong said at a meeting with young Vietnamese intellectuals in France on Monday.

He urged young intellectuals to apply knowledge and experience to national development and come up with approaches suitable for the real conditions in Vietnam. Mr. Trong also asked deparments and agencies to adopt suitable policies and mechanisms to further uphold overseas Vietnamese’ contributions to national development.
