(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary To Lam on Saturday offered incense and flowers at a memorial site dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh in Ca Mau City as part of his working visit to the southernmost province of Ca Mau.

In the guestbook, the Party leader expressed his confidence that the Party Committee, authorities, and people of Ca Mau will continue to uphold their glorious revolutionary history, foster unity, and build a prosperous province, in line with President Ho Chi Minh's Testament: "The entire Party and people unite to build a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic, strong, and prosperous Vietnam, contributing to the global revolutionary cause."
Later the same day, Party leader To Lam will attend a program honoring the contributions of previous generations to Vietnam’s peace, independence, and happiness. The show will link three locations: Ca Mau, Hai Phong, and Thanh Hoa.
