Party leader welcomes Chinese military delegation’s visit to Vietnam
(VOVWORLD) -The Vietnamese Party leader welcomed the Chinese high ranking military delegation’s visit to Vietnam and attendance of the 4th Vietnam-China border defense friendship exchange.

At a reception for Sen. Lieut. Gen. Fan Chang Long, Politburo member and Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of China in Hanoi on Sunday, Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong said Vietnam treasures the traditional neighborliness and comprehensive strategic partnership with China, suggesting that both sides maintain peace and stability in the East Sea on the basis of mutual respect for each other’s interests and compliance with international law.
Sen. Lieut. Gen. Fan Chang Long informed the Party leader of the outcomes of his talks to Vietnamese Minister of National Defense Ngo Xuan Lich. He reiterated the Chinese Party, government, and army’s respect for the traditional friendship and comprehensive strategic partnership with Vietnam.
