Russia’s “Realist” news agency on Tuesday posted an article by political analyst Grigory Trofimchuk, saying bilateral relations will enter a new level of development. The signing of MoUs and agreements shows that the two countries’ relationship has found new growth momentum and creates a foundation for future relations.
Mr. Trofimchuk says Vietnam is becoming a prominent and influential actor regionally and globally and its role and status are widening economically and politically.
