The Party Poliburo has reviewed 13 year implementation of its Directive No42 on strengthening party leadership of mass organizations. Delegates at the conference in the central city of Da Nang on Thursday said there has been positive changes, resulting in better coordination between party committees and mass organizations, who are facilitated to run their operations. Le Hong Anh, permanent member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat, reiterated the party’s concerns to mass organizations, saying efforts will be made to diversify forms of mass rally to meet people’s aspirations: “Based on results and experiences learnt over the past 13 years of implementing the Directive as well as current needs, I propose tasks and solutions to improve the efficiency of mass organizations in the near future”.
