Tran Thanh Van, a retiree in Da Nang city, is most impressed by the part of the resolution that promotes innovation and advancing science and technology. Van said, "Developing high-tech products is the right direction. High-added-value industrial production drives growth. This is a new mindset. If we can turn it into reality, growth is within reach in subsequent tenures.”
