In his address, Tran Quoc Vuong, a Standing member of the Party Central Commitee's Secretariat Tran Quoc Vuong asked the Party Central Committee’s External Relations Commission to strengthen its organization and capacity and boost cooperation between peoples of countries through bilateral and multilateral external activities. He stressed the need to enhance external information, communications and overseas Vietnamese affairs while ensuring the Party leadership and State management. Vuong said it’s important to boost the connection of external relation activities between the Party, State, and the people.
