At a meeting to announce the Planning of Vinh Phuc province until 2030, the Deputy Prime Minister said Vinh Phuc province plays a role as a development pillar and a nucleus in boosting the modern industry in the Red River Delta and it is one of the growth pillars of Hanoi.

Ha said the planning will open a new development space for the province. He urged for continuing to fine-tune policies, improve investment environment, reform administrative procedures, develop an e-government, a digital economy, a digital society, and smart urban areas, and strengthen cooperation and linkage for regional economic development with provinces and cities.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang attended a conference to announce the Thai Binh Provincial Planning until 2030 and vision to 2050.

Under the plan, Thai Binh aims to develop rapidly, comprehensively and sustainably to become a well-developed locality and one of the industrial development hubs of the Red River Delta region by 2030.

The province is expected to become a developed province of the Red River Delta, with a prosperous economy, progressive society and a guaranteed ecological environment by 2050.

High on the agenda of the conference was also investment promotion activities.
